It’s a very late Easter this year so just time to sneak in a few days away before the schools break up.
A civilised departure time means a slightly less civilised arrival time, but all went smoothly apart from leaving my phone in the car at Luton and having to rush back before the meet and greets whisked it away.
And here’s a first – from touching down to arriving where we’re staying took exactly one hour (which meant we were able to save €25 as a late check-in fee).
