But first let’s talk bovine. I’ve noticed that the cows are incredibly curious or friendly. As we walk past their field, they often come rushing over to have a look (or a chat).
Sheep are different – they run away!
Then to the main event of the day which was a visit to a local NT property – Cragside. Absolutely enormous – 40 miles of footpaths and a 6 mile perimeter road.

Lovely gardens – seem to be quite a few weeks behind us in the south.
